Fairfield Primary School's uniform was designed with the help of our children, staff and governors. The children designed the logo through a competition. The winning design was then further embellished by one of our ex-pupils, Gareth Watson, who digitally designed the logo as part of his University Degree.
Our School Council chose the colours of the uniform plus the overall design. Our School Business Manager then worked with the uniform providers to ensure it was manufactured to a high quality. The role of our Head teacher, Mrs Hodkinson, was to ensure that the whole process of consultation and development was led effectively. Our governors then discussed and ratified the decision.
Our uniform is always complimented by visitors into our School. Children, parents, staff and governors are very proud of our uniform and always try very hard to ensure high standards of presentation. It sets a very positive tone for belonging to our Fairfield Family, identity and excellent behaviour.
